I am excited to share with you a few images from an upcoming artist book that will be released through a self-publishing service. For some time I have wanted to create books from the many photos I took in my years as a young rogue walking the earth. They not only capture snippets of life in times gone by, but they are a visual journey of my growth as a photographer.
I am starting small with a sweet little book of Polaroids taken with a Land Camera, but I hope to add to more books in the future (after I manage a technological upgrade). I am trying a couple services, and I will be glad to share my opinion after comparing the results. I'd love to hear about your experiences and favorite. Look out for the upcoming release in the next few weeks!
Update 12/08: I am still working on this project. I was not happy with the services I used, and I'm considering other options. Without a 500 book minimum, it is difficult to have the kind of control I want over the product.
